TacFit’s Freestanding Cell offers a simple, space-efficient rack made from the same quality materials and to the same exacting craftsmanship standards as our full rigs and cages. Featuring 2500mm of uprights and two built-in storage pins to keep your weights on hand, this is a no-fuss space where you can get work done. The Freestanding Cell includes a pull up bar that can be set to 2000mm, 2250mm or 2500mm. TacFit recommends that you secure your Cell to the floor with our Squat Stand Bracket if you are going to utilise the pull up bar.
The Cell includes J-Hooks to protect your barbells and can be customised with the purchase of a pair of Spotter Arms so that you can lift solo in safety. The TacFit Freestanding Cell can be used for gymnastic bar work including pull ups, squats, bench and floor presses, as well as overhead and pressing movements from the rack. These key movements are the foundation of many strength and conditioning programs.
